Binaural Beats – Are There Any Dangers?

Are There Any Dangers?

I know this page is a bit ‘in your face’ but there is some very important information on here that I do not want you to overlook.

For most individuals, binaural beats are perfectly safe to use. After all, binaural beats are not addictive or abusive. In fact, as time passes you would have trained your brain to reach certain levels and find yourself using the beats less often. Thousands of individuals safely use binaural beats to influence brainwaves every day.

However, there is a small percentage of the population who should avoid binaural beats. If you are unsure then always consult a medical practitioner before using Binaural Beats. Please read the following very carefully.

Negative Attitude

Having a negative attitude is a real problem.  It can lead to depression, trouble at work sometimes making you lose your job, sometimes even driving your loved ones away. Some people just always seem to look on the negative side of things no matter how hard they try.  This is not always of their own making, it can come from experiences in childhood: for example their parents always criticised everything they did – nothing was ever right, from their education results, to how they dressed.  I would like to stress that it does not always stem from the parents, but there is usually an underlying cause of this Negativity.

It does not have to be this way.  You can change. ,Strong>Click here to continue reading Negative Attitude

Binaural Beats for Hypnosis?

I have for many years been intrigued by things, such as Spiritualism, Enlightenment, Meditation and Hypnosis.  Anything really, as long as it helps you realize your true calling.  I’ve always felt, even as a small child, that this ‘life’ cannot be all there is.  It would be too much of a waste and that just did not feel right to me.

I have practiced meditation for many years and also  use Binaural Beats to enhance this experience.  To me Binaural Beats was the natural partner of both Meditation and Hypnosis. ,Strong>Click here to continue reading Binaural Beats for Hypnosis?

Binaural Beats – What to Expect!

When people are thinking of using Binaural Beats to aid their meditation, usually they have little or no knowledge of the possible feelings they will experience whilst using Binaural Beats.

There are many symptoms of meditation, but with Binaural Beats you may experience them sooner rather than after months/years of practice. I am now going to try and pass you some valuable information. ,Strong>Click here to continue reading Binaural Beats – What to Expect!

Binaural Beats – What are they?

Binaural Beats are basically an aid to meditation.  They help you reach an altered state of consciousness quicker than the ‘normal’ routes.

They work by altering your brainwaves to the desired frequency by the use of external tones.

A very brief overview of how they work is:

If you make a tone of 100.00 hz into the left ear

then

if you make a tone of 107.00 hz into the right ear

your brain  makes a natural tone of the difference = 7.0 hz ,Strong>Click here to continue reading Binaural Beats – What are they?
