To get you started, I have put together a Binaural Beat Collection, of 7 different Binaural Beats. Neat Beats,  I call them - which are beats with no backing tracks. I do use Binaural Beats in their ‘Neat Beat’ state, but it all depends on my frame of mind at the time.  I have also added a Binaural Beat for Insomnia (this has Ocean sounds as a Backing Track - so you can decide which you prefer).

I am not one of the ‘Marketing Big Boys’. I am not a whizz at building a website. But I guess you already figured that out, right!

I built my website because I believe in Meditation and Self Discovery.   I want to help people learn and grow.  Whether it’s just to take the everyday stress away or they want to learn more about Meditation and Spiritual Development.

I started meditating many years ago.  It was the start of a new chapter in my life.  I was able to totally relax for the very first time.  Everyday problems suddenly seemed very unimportant.  I was seeing things for what they really were, not blowing them up out of all proportion and then getting stressed about them.  I was able to see things ‘out of the box’, which gave a clearer perspective on it all.  When you are able to do this, your life choices are much more simple and obvious.

So if I achieve all this by meditation, then why do I use Binaural Beats?

With traditional Meditation, it can takes literally years of practice to achieve a good meditation and even with many years practice under my belt I am by no means a master.  Some people never manage to achieve a good relaxed state.  This is such a shame because everyone, yes everyone, has the ability to meditate. Most people think that they have to meditate for at least a hour a day and let’s be honest in today’s hectic lifestyles, who can pre-book an hours meditation per day?  Only in an ideal world!

Binaural Beats solve this problem.

Because of the way they work, they help you achieve levels of relaxation, literally within minutes, that would normally take years to perfect using traditional meditation.  In traditional meditation, you are gradually altering  the frequency of your Brainwaves - hence it can take some people a long time to perfect.  Binaural Beats help speed this process by external sound.  When you start listening to the Binaural Beats, your brain waves automatically start adjusting and synchronising itself to this external stimuli.

When I first heard of Binaural Beats I spent day after day on the internet finding out about them.  I really had to look long and hard to find the answers to all the questions I had.  All the websites had the same information, which was, how they were discovered and how they worked.  But I wanted more!

Through my own research, personal knowledge and experiences, I have written my own, independent,  e-book, that explains Binaural Beats in easy terms.   It doesn’t overwhelm you with technical jargon, it’s there if you want it, but neatly tucked away at the back of the book.  Which let’s be honest, most people aren’t bothered about the technical stuff anyway. They just want to feel confident that it works.

I  firmly believe that others should be able to experience the benefits of Binaural Beats  - BUT you should also know the basics of how they can be made at home on your own computer. There are websites out there that market Meditation Aids (the ones advertised on this site are my preferred choice) they do help meditation/relaxation, but as I have already explained above, they are not Neat Beats.

Even a major sporting goods company have conducted their own research into Binaural Beats, which obviously proved positive because they are now launching their own ‘FeelFree Headset’ later this year, which comes pre-loaded with 4 Binaural Beats.  The price hasn’t be made public, yet! (go on do a search for ‘Feelfree Headset’ you know you want to).
