Binaural Beats for Hypnosis?

I have for many years been intrigued by things, such as Spiritualism, Enlightenment, Meditation and Hypnosis.  Anything really, as long as it helps you realize your true calling.  I’ve always felt, even as a small child, that this ‘life’ cannot be all there is.  It would be too much of a waste and that just did not feel right to me.

I have practiced meditation for many years and also  use Binaural Beats to enhance this experience.  To me Binaural Beats was the natural partner of both Meditation and Hypnosis.

With Hypnosis, I think it was the realization that Past Life Regression was possible which inspired me to learn more.  The work of people such as Dr. Brian Weiss, Michael Newton and Joseph Murphy, just intrigued me even more.

I was interested in how it manipulates the conscious mind so that you can work with the subconscious.  It’s ability to help alleviate concerns people may have, such as lack of confidence, stress related illnesses and phobias, to name but a few.  This is the reason I have folders of Hypnotic scripts for all types of conditions, close to hand – just in case I need them.

However, with Hypnosis you could spend a good portion of your time just getting someone into a good hypnotic state, before the actual therapeutic work began.  Until Binaural Beats came onto the scene.

By using Binaural Beats during Hypnosis, it can greatly reduce the Induction phase.  During the initial 10 minutes of Binaural Beats over-layed with soothing music and a gentle Induction script can get a person to a good Hypnotic state, quickly and easily.  Binaural Beats are then played at the correct frequency to keep the person at the desired level whilst the rest of the Therapy is carried out.

At the end of a Hypnosis session a person usually wakes feeling refreshed, but this appears to be much more apparent when using Binaural Beats.

I must point out at this stage that I do not practice Hypnotherapy on a professional (pay per view) basis, I have been studying it for many years and have a very good understanding of the processes involved.  Hence, I cannot give a recommendation as a Qualified Professional. I can only give a personal opinion of someone who uses Binaural Beats for Meditation and Hypnosis.

Sounds interesting, I’ve heard quite a lot about this kind of therapy lately it does seem to be very effective. I might even try it myself.
